    Designed by Name

    Signature Journeys

Three journeys with a name, a promise, and a season of their own — each built privately, for one party at a time.

Most of our work is designed from a blank page around one conversation. These three are different. We named them because we believe in their shape, and we return to them the way a chef returns to a signature dish: the form holds, and the details are made yours.

    The Harvest Table
    Wine & Table

    The Harvest Table

One week inside Burgundy’s harvest, lived at the pace of the people who bring it in.

    7 nights · 2–6 guests · Burgundy, France

    The Long Toast
    Celebration

    The Long Toast

A milestone marked the way it deserves — days built around your people, ending at one table we spend months arranging.

5 nights · 2–12 guests · Champagne, France — or where your occasion leads

    Salt & Stone
    Coast & Villa

    Salt & Stone

A private-villa week on the Amalfi Coast where the days are decided by appetite and tide, not by an itinerary.

    7 nights · One villa · 2–10 guests · Amalfi Coast, Italy

A Note on How They Work

The Form Holds. The Details Are Yours.

A signature journey is not a package with fixed departure dates. Each one is arranged from scratch for the party travelling — your dates within its season, your pace within its shape, and every table private. If what you have in mind fits none of the three, that is what the rest of our practice is for.

    Why not book it yourself

    Why Not Book It Yourself?

You could. Here is the difference we make.

    On your own

    • Illustrative: a week in Burgundy planned alone often runs 30 to 40 hours of research, across a dozen sites and a few languages.
    • Cellar visits at the hours the estate offers the public, if it answers at all.
    • A hotel rate with no one to call the day the trains go on strike.

    With us

    • A cellar visit at the hour the family keeps for friends.
    • A safari camp with the guide we asked for by name.
    • A villa held before it is listed.
    • A number to call the day something goes wrong.

The design fee is usually less than the value of the hotel amenities alone.
