Your journey, built
When you are ready to commission the itinerary, design begins, and every detail is handled through to your return.
We work the way your other trusted advisors do: transparent fees, stated up front.
Discovery consultation — $500
A private call to understand how you travel. Credited in full toward your design fee.
Journey design — $1,500
Research, itinerary architecture, and every booking, for a standard custom journey.
Complex journeys — $2,500–$3,500
Multi-country itineraries or journeys of ten nights or more.
Design fees are separate from the cost of travel and are collected at the start of planning. Hotel bookings carry no markup, so you pay the same rate as booking direct.

Through Fora Travel we hold access to Virtuoso’s preferred rates at the hotels you’d want anyway. You pay what the hotel would charge you directly. The hotel adds the rest.
